Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using TriVolt ("the Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on TriVolt's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Site
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by TriVolt at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use TriVolt's website and calculators only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data through the Site
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any systems or networks connected to the Site
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site
- Use any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Site in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period
- Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Site
Intellectual Property
The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited.
All calculators, formulas, educational content, and software on this Site are the property of TriVolt or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this Site is the exclusive property of TriVolt and is protected by international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without our prior written consent, except that you may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.
Disclaimer
The materials on TriVolt's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. TriVolt makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Important: The calculators and tools provided on this Site are for informational and educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about the correctness of calculations or results. Users should verify all calculations independently and use results at their own risk.
We will not be held responsible for any errors, omissions, or damages arising from the use of this Site or its calculators.
Limitations of Liability
In no event shall TriVolt or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on TriVolt's website, even if TriVolt or a TriVolt authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you. However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TriVolt's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to access the Site, or if no payment was made, zero dollars.
Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on TriVolt's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. TriVolt does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. TriVolt may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
Links
TriVolt has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by TriVolt of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
Modifications
TriVolt may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
User Content and Feedback
If you submit any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other information to TriVolt (collectively, "Feedback"), you agree that such Feedback is non-confidential and non-proprietary. TriVolt shall have the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Feedback throughout the world in any media, without any obligation to compensate you.
You represent and warrant that any Feedback you submit does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, and that you have the right to grant TriVolt the license described above.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of our Site at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate these Terms of Service, you may simply discontinue using the Site.
All provisions of these Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms of Service will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
